Important Notice

If you submitted the 2010 Desk Review Audit in paper form, you are required to scan and upload your 2010 Annual Report - Pest Control Product Usage and associated map to the IPM Council of Canada website, My IPM Area.  Ontario Regulation 63/09 requires the IPM Council of Canada to provide the public access to these two documents by June 30, 2011. IPM Certified Agents require a user name and password to enter the site and manage their annual desk review material.  Access to this member's area is free of charge to all registered golf courses in good standing with the IPM Council of Canada.  To acquire a user name and password, send a request by email to info@ipmcouncilcanada.org . Please include the following information in the body of the email:

  • Golf course name
  • Golf course address
  • IPM Certified Agent name and IPM Certification number
  • Current email address to be associated with the account

You will receive a user name and password by email.  Please note that the default setting is now 2011, so you must select 2010 before uploading the 2010 Annual Report and map.

If you submitted the 2010 Desk Review Audit electronically, you do not need to do anything further (except continue to complete your 2011 desk review forms).

All 2011 Desk Review Audit submissions will be required to be submitted electronically.
