Annual Report - Unlisted Pesticide Use, as required by Ontario Regulation 63/09 is to be signed by both the IPM Agent and the owner/owner's representative and available on the IPM Council website.
The Specialty Turf Annual Report as required under the specialty turf exception to the cosmetic pesticide ban, as described by Ontario Regulation 63/09.
The Public Works Annual Report as required under the public works exception to the cosmetics pesticides ban, as described by Ontario Regulation 63/09.
