IPM Certified Agent Registration Renewal (due June 1)

Annual registration includes:

• payment of registration fee
• current contact infornmation
• proof of valid Landcape Exterminator licence
• information related to CECs
• name and address of all golf facilities for whom they are acting as an IPM Agent
• IPM Certified Agent Registration Form

IPM Certified Applicator Registration Renewal (due June 1)

Annual registration includes:

• payment of registration fee
• current contact information
• proof of valid Industrial Vegetation Exterminator licence
• information related to CECs
• IPM Certified Applicator Registration Form

Individual registration renewals must be submitted by June 1st each year to maintain status as an IPM certified Agent or Applicator.

Golf Facility Registration (due June 1)

Annual golf facility registration includes:

• payment of registration fee
• current facility contact information
• name and IPM certification number of the IPM Certified Agent
• Golf Facility Registration Form

Annual registration fees cover the cost of:

• administration of the IPMAP
• annual desk review audits
• an on-site audit every three years
