Complete the Application for Continuing Education Credits and send it to the IPMAP at Ridgetown Campus.
- Applications should be received by the IPMAP at Ridgetown Campus at least four (4) weeks in advance of the event. A processing fee of $67.80 ($60 plus HST) is required.
- Any application received less than four (4) weeks in advance of the event are subject to an additional rush charge of $45.20 ($40 plus HST).
Proof of Attendance
The IPM Council also requires proof of attendance in order to award CECs. Event organizers must submit a completed Official Attendance Record to the IPMAP at Ridgetown Campus within 30 days of the event.
